This is a project that I made like a test for BBVA bank. The challenge was to address a highly relevant social problem: ๐๐ป๐ช๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐น๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ in young people.
๐ฃ This reality affects ๐ญ/๐ฐ young people between the ages of 16 and 29, and the most alarming thing is that 82% of those who suffer from it indicate that its origin lies in not having felt part of their community during childhood.
๐ To try to alleviate this social problem, I designed a solution in the form of a mobile app, called ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ๐, which has ludic-therapeutic functions, based on a virtual assistant with artificial intelligence that allows a dynamic and personalized interaction.
The methodological approach was the real protagonist. I used the DesignThinking framework, making sure to go deep into each stage of the process.
This project allowed me to reinforce my commitment to ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ผ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ-๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ป. In just two pages (16:9 format), I managed to capture how the method and strategic decisions guided the entire process.
